2023  Cost of Villa Hire (per week)


22nd April – 27th May 2023: £3,200
27th May – 1st July 2023: £3,850
1st July – 2nd September 2023: £4,950
2nd September – 30th September 2023: £3,850
30th September to 11th November 2023: £3,200

Price includes all linen, towels, daily maid, but not flights or transfers.

Changeover day is generally on a Saturday however there are occasions when we may be able to accommodate you for an odd number of days.

How to Book

The calendar is kept up to date but email fi@osmondproperty.com to check your chosen dates are still available.  Once you decide to book I will email our booking form and we request a 25% deposit to secure your dates. I will send you an invoice/receipt and the remainder of the rental cost will be due 8 weeks before your holiday, including a £200 breakages deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay all being well!
